1.1 Shrivastava, et. al., (2019). The objective of the study was to find the effect of Yagya Therapy as a supportive care in a patient with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. In this study, a female patient suffering from AML associated with many other complaints was prescribed an integrated approach including Yagya Therapy and some other Ayurvedic treatments. After this therapy, almost all the complaints were completely resolved. Thus the integrated approach including Yagya Therapy showed encouraging results with regards to the management of symptoms associated with AML, as well as other associated ailments.
1.2 Mishra et al., (2018). The objective of the study was to find the impact of Yagya therapy as supportive care in cancer patients. For this study, three cancer patients (breast cancer, mouth cancer and chronic myeloid leukemia) were prescribed to inhale medicinal-smoke generated using specifically prepared multi-herbs. They were assessed for QOL using a self-prepared 10-scale questionnaire. All three patients reported improvement in their QOL after taking Yagya Therapy for 12, 7 and 2 months respectively. Thus the present study shows encouraging results for Yagya therapy as supportive care in cancer patients.
